1. Website purpose
The Ideakard website provides product information, technical information, partner and service-centre information, downloads and channels for business enquiries. It is not, unless expressly stated otherwise, an online store or a guarantee of product availability.
2. Product information
We aim to keep product information useful and accurate, but specifications, availability, images, packaging and product configurations may change without notice. Always confirm commercial and technical details with Ideakard or an authorised partner before relying on them for a purchase, installation or project.
3. Intellectual property
Ideakard names, logos, product imagery, text, graphics and other website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for legitimate business and informational purposes. Reproduction, modification, commercial redistribution or use of brand assets requires appropriate permission.
4. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt, compromise, scrape at an unreasonable rate, reverse engineer security controls, introduce malicious code, gain unauthorised access or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their services, content and privacy practices are governed by their own terms.
6. Enquiries
Information submitted for a business enquiry is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Submission of an enquiry does not by itself create a contract, dealership, distributorship or other commercial relationship.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ideakard does not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every page, download or product detail will always be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
